This is a high intensity fast paced class with fun music and relentless motivation. Torch fat, sculpt muscle, and burn calories long after you're done working. It is recommended that participants are able to do bodyweight squats and push ups with good form and hold a plank for 30 seconds.

WOD CRUSHER
This class is designed to increase your strength and stamina, flexibility and mobility, power, balance and coordination, agility and cardiovascular endurance. A combination of running, rowing, biking, jump rope, weightlifting, bodyweight movements(push ups, pull ups, squats, etc.)
